Prof. Kun Xie National High-level Talents Hunan University, China Xie Kun is a recipient of the National High-level Talent Program, a Distinguished Professor of Yuelu Scholars, a recipient of the Hunan Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, a Hunan Provincial Outstanding Young Backbone Teacher, a Hunan Provincial Excellent Master's Supervisor, a Hunan University Research Model, and a Changsha "Women's Achievement" Model. She has successively led 5 projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China's Outstanding Youth Key General and Young Fund as well as 6 Huawei Technology Attack Projects etc. Authorized more than 30 invention patents. Prof. Chen Tian National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars Nanjing University, China Chen Tian is a professor at Nanjing University, doctoral supervisor, and recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund. He mainly engages in research in computer networks and distributed systems, proposing an application-centered approach to network research inspired by the concepts of Networking Applications and Servicing Applications. He has published over 70 academic papers in top conferences such as SIGCOMM/FAST/NSDI/OSDI/EuroSys/SIGMOD and renowned international journals, including his first SIGCOMM and first FAST paper from Nanjing University. To date, his papers have been cited more than 5000 times, and his research has been frequently cited at top academic conferences. He has served multiple times as a member of the program committee of international academic conferences and as a reviewer for well-known international journals.
